Sauce:
2 tablespoons oil
1 pc onion, cut into dice
150 g ready-made tomato sauce
50 g tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
Skin:
200 gr flour
½ tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
100 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Contents:
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into dice
1 pc green bell pepper, cut into dice
150 g enoki mushrooms
200 gr sausage, thinly sliced
150 g mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Sauce: Heat oil and saute onion until fragrant. Enter the tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper powder, and sugar and stir well. Remove and set aside.
2. Skin: Mix flour, sugar, and yeast, mix well. Enter the water, salt, and vegetable oil, knead until smooth. Allow the dough for 15 minutes.
3. For the dough into two parts, tipiskan skin batter batter then input into a non-stick skillet. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked skin.

Tips:
